We are a Student-run Think Tank focused on Research, Charity and Careers, aiming to facilitate change through objective, factual action research and discourse.
Who we are
Founded in 2022, The Political Institute of Action Research aims to help students in St Andrews learn more about policy-making, think tanks, and NGOs by allowing them to work on engaging research projects on issues they care about.
Our society is defined by our commitment to three central themes: research; charity; and careers.
